Hotspot keep turning off sharing

I share my hotspot with my friends what are also using iPhones. However, it keeps disconnecting after a few minutes if the users turn off the screen. I asked few people and they have the same issue. It may be understandable if we share between iPhones and Androids, however, it is all between iPhones in this case.

Can I suggest Apple doing something with this feature?
