How can I fix "account restricted" error when setting up Apple Pay?
For almost a year and a half, Apple Pay / Apple Cash does not work on my phone. I’ve had multiple different phones, so I assume it’s my iCloud that’s the problem. Whenever I try to set it up, it says my account is restricted, which I don’t understand because I’ve never even had an Apple Cash before.
