Dealing with phone after SIM card removed
I need to check what is left on my iPhone after removing the SIM card. It is stuck in sos mode.
if I put in a new SIM card will that solve the problem?

What happens if you use Wi-Fi to connect the phone to the Internet?
Contact your carrier to work through the SOS issue on the phone. SOS means that your phone cannot connect to your carrier's cellular network. A new SIM card might solve this issue if the old SIM had issues.
