downloading icloud photos

Hello,

normally i can download like 1000 photos at the time. but recently it would only let me 100 at the time.

is there someting that changed? i have to download about 3000 photos so not doing that 100 at the time..

if anyone could help me why this isnt working anymore you would bet great!
