I have two withdrawals from my account one on 624 for $7.57 and one on 621 for 1189, all made out to this name of Capertino, California. I don’t know what these charges are for as far as I know I do not owe them and I do not want anymore. Please take care of this immediately. Do I give them my account number?

Depends what you mean by "withdrawals from my account."
If they are on your actual Apple account, follow these steps: If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
If they are not on your Apple account but are on your credit card account, put them in dispute with your card provider.
If they are just emails and don't show up on any account, consider that they might be a phishing scam.
We are fellow users and have no access to your purchase information. Apple is not here to assist you with an inquiry about those charges. Contact Apple directly.
