Receive Facetime, cannot receive phone call from specific contact.

I can send and receive both Facetime and phone calls just fine. My daughter can receive either from me. However, she can only Facetime me. Her Facetime will come through to my phone, but her phonecalls do NOT come through on my phone.

I can receive all other calls and ways of communication just fine from all of my other contacts. We tried to problem solve the issue ourselves. Any ideas on how to fix this?
