You can use an Apple Watch Ultra II as a GPS only Apple Watch and as long as your iPhone is nearby, you can do everything that a cellular model can do.

The cellular model has the advantage of being able to leave the iPhone at home when you leave the house. But if you never do that, then you might be able to use the Apple Watch without cellular.

OP is saying it’s an Ultra 2, but it’s not. The model they gave, A2622, is only an Ultra for North America. Identify your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If it doesn't work for that carrier, then you'll need to find one that supports the watch.
