Trying to refund

I brought a subscription to this app called countdown but I don’t want it as I got mixed up with another app. I’ve cancelled my subscription and I haven’t used any features but want my money back how do I do that? I’ve emailed the company of the app and it took me here?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it; otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
