How can I fix movement issues in games on my iPad with a keyboard and mouse?

hello, i recentlly got an adaptor to connect my keyboard and mouse to my ipad. the keyboard is nice for typing and the mouse is also good too. theires one problem though, when i go into games like, roblox, minecraft any games like those i will try to use W A S and D and spacebbar normal controls for moviing around i can sstill type and look around good but i cant walk around or jump. i have an ipad 9th gen, my mouse is a onn. corded mouse and my keyboard is a dell (also corded.) please tell me if these should work for movement, or i need to do something with my keybinds.
