I can’t activate my phone number on iMessage and FaceTime

I just upgraded my iPhone 11 from T-Mobile to a 12 pro unlocked from reebleo. I put my sims in my new phone and transferred the number but it won’t activate it keeps saying error over and over again and on FaceTime it says activation unsuccessful and to try again. I’ve logged in and out. I’ve turned iMessage off and FaceTime off and turned it back on and it didn’t work. I messed with the wifi and did it again and it still didn’t work. I called T-Mobile and they said they don’t know what to do. I need help
