Do not share photos. Do not share the same Apple ID with others

Set up iCloud Shared Photo Library on your iPhone or iPad

  1. On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos.
  2. Make sure iCloud Photos is on. If it is not, turn on Sync on this [device].
  3. Tap Shared Library, then follow the onscreen instructions to invite participants and add photos and videos.

Troubleshooting Photo SharingL

Unless required for school and work, forget about it. But, what exactly is the issue here? If you are on a network, then create a cloud storage of it, and allow others to access it from within. Not all routers have this, however, but it is something to consider.
