13" MacBook Pro 2017, MacOS 13.6.6, screen colors have changed

I've checked Display options but unable to locate the reason all my colors look radioactive. Parts of m screens are unreadable. Such as dots for opening and closing. Is there a way to return my colors back to the Defaults. No one in the house has claimed responsibility . Please help. Thank you, Sharon

Hi,

Try to set System Preferences > Display > Color Profile to Color LCD.

Thanks for you reply (pls. forgive my late thanks). Tried that but no joy. I believe my MBPro is finished. It gets very hot quickly & the screen has multiple lines across it on all apps. Poor Dear is dying. She has served me well. Any idea how to TOTALLY wipe it clean for disposal? Many thanks for your time! 🤔😊
