My ex that’ll keeps stalking me J.Z.K has I this business hoe do I get out of it and away from him so I can use my phone to access the internet to look up what ever I want and and be able to have in interruptions during my calls?

Who is Signed into iCloud?
Going into Settings, who's Apple Account is seen at the top (your's for you ex's)? If you account, backup what need be, and then format the anew, as if you were to sell it. You'd log out of iCloud on it, disable Find My, and would then reset it to Factory Settings, using this link: What to do Before you Sell, Give Away, or Trade in your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If it is under their name, then there is nothing that can be done on your end.
