You can’t “find” it.

(That ability — if it were available — would be a significant security vulnerability)

It can ONLY be reset.

A. Use there Forums' Password.

You are able to log into these forums just fine. So, the password to use would be no difference, given it is the same account.

B. Look in Keychain:

Sometimes, it is stored in you Keychain for logins. So, see if it is stored in there: Manage Passwords Using Keychains on Mac - Apple Support
