Sharing location when locatin is off
Can I get my girls location calls text everything like that with her location turned off

If you mean With her Location Services “off”
No. Location services must be “on” before location can be shared with anyone.
That said, turning it “on” does not automatically share her location w/ “everyone.”
A child’s location is best shared w/ “Family Sharing”
