How to access the iTunes library on my iPad?
I have not accessed this for sometime how do I access my library on my iPad, I don’t have a computer

Unless you had previously synced your iTunes Library from a computer to your iPad or are using the Apple Music subscription service's iCloud Music Library feature you cannot just magically access your iTunes Library on the iPad.
You can access your previous music purchases from the Purchased section in the iTunes Store app however.
If you synced your music previously or are using the iCloud Music Library, simply opening the Music app will show your your music library.
