Matching the Mail setup, look and feel between two Macs

I have a M1 Mac mini as my primary computer. I have a M2 MacBook Air as my take-and-go computer. I would like the look & feel of the Mail app to be the same on both machines. The same favorites the same Rules, the same accounts in matching lists, the same everything, is there any way to make this happen short of doing it all by hand?
