To turn off Find my on your iPhone:

  1. On your iPhone, go to Settings > [your name] > Find My.
  2. Tap Find My iPhone, then turn off Find My iPhone.

If the problem still occurs after, you can contact Apple Support or call 1-800-APL-CARE
