Double-sided printing page 2 upside down

My Epson printer has been printing page 2 of a double-sided printing request upside down. I have tried changing the binding from long-edge flip to short-edge flip and that hasn't helped at all. I have updated the latest printer operating system to the latest version, I have updated my iOS to the latest version (mac OS Sonoma 14.5). I reviewed the Epson ET-5800 User's Guide and have everything set to the proper Printer Information settings... but nothing seems to fix the problem. Anyone else having this problem and know what to do?
