Corrupted text copied to clipboard in Notes on Mac Sonoma 14.5

One three different computers I own, all with Sonoma 14.5

Do not experience this type of issue with Clipboard issue

Aside and Tested

To open Terminal on your Mac, click Go> Utilities > Terminal

Then, type the following command pbcopy < /dev/null in the Terminal and press Enter.

This will empty the clipboard.

I have Macs running High Sierra, Big Sur, Monterey through Sonoma and have not been able to reproduce this issue. I am wondering if Flycut ("clipboard manager") is somehow causing this, or maybe something else that has been installed?

Intermittently - like maybe once every few days - when I copy (using command+C or using right click select copy) some nonsense text is copied to the clipboard - which is then pasted when I paste. It makes Notes unusable. If I quite and restart the App it sorts it out for a while. But I did that once already today and nows its started the corrupted text thing again this evening.

I rang apple care last year and they said "Notes garbage copy and paste is a known issue only way to deal with it is the upgrade to Ventura"!
