sudden battery health drop of my MacBook Air m1 within 15 charging cycle

My MacBook is around three months old, but I don't use much so the charging cycle is around 15 and I never use my MacBook plugged in, but also my MacBook has dropped around 2% of his battery health around 15 days. He dropped 1% and suddenly like day before yesterday dropped again, 1% so worried now because only with 15 charging cycle the battery is dropped drastically, should I go for the Apple service centre or it's a normal with every MacBook?
