What third party software is available for Sonoma that will handle podcasts like iTunes could?

Apple's Podcast Software in Sonoma is terrible--it will not play podcasts from my old iTunes and apparently it will not play any podcasts not from Apple. What 3rd party software do you now use for podcasts that I presently have on iTunes and that come from sources other than Apple?
