iTunes radio station songs playing intermittently

iTunes (Windows 11 Version 12.13.2.3)

When trying to play songs in the radio station it will display the song and list it as "LIVE" in the right of the top header, but it will not play (it displays the "||" pause button as if it is playing). If I skip to the next song it will sometimes play the next song, and sometimes not. Very frustrating. Any ideas why?
