a brown spot on my iPad Pro m1 12.9-inch (5th generation)2021

"I bought an iPad Pro 12.9-inch (5th generation), and then a problem appeared with it: a brown spot appeared on the screen, which disappears when pressed. I replaced the iPad through the authorized dealer in Saudi Arabia. After almost a year of replacement, the brown spot appeared again. I think this is a software issue because it appears and disappears repeatedly, especially when pressed, as shown in the attached picture. I hope to find a solution to this problem. Thank you."

If it is a software issue you can try and force restart the iPad to see if the issues persist

  1. Press and quickly release the volume button closest to the top button.
  2. Press and quickly release the volume button farthest from the top button.
  3. Press and hold the top button until the device begins to restart.
  4. If your iPad doesn't turn on, follow these steps to check your hardware and charge your device. You might need to charge for up to an hour.
  5. If your iPad still doesn't turn on, contact Apple Support.
