How to fix this payment method cannot be used with the iTunes store?
Last time I will change the county resin and it was change into Canada, i am from Pakistan because of this the payment method is not changing

The payment method country must match the country specified in your Apple ID. It's not clear from your post if your credit card and Apple ID country are the same or different. If they are the same, then it could be that your payment method does not work with iTunes. Contact your Card company.
