Why is my iPad not charging beyond 4% but has a lightning symbol?
It shows a lightning bolt but does not change beyond 4%

Usual list of suspects: Bad power outlet, bad charger, bad cable, debris within the Lightning or USB-C socket on the iPad, the iPad got confused and needs a forced restart, or a hardware problem with the iPad or its battery and needs repair or replacement.
