Apple Restore Deleted iPhone Photos?

You're welcome. You might want to consider a true archive photos backup service, to avoid this in the future. I use multiple services to ensure no loss of photos I'd miss at some point. Google offers free photo backup. Amazon does as well (up to a limit, then you can pay for more storage). You can also use One Drive from Microsoft if you have a Microsoft account. I find redundant backup services invaluable.

NOPE. Not correct or possible at all. Once permanently deleted, photos are well, PERMANENTLY DELETED.

Sorry, but what you read is not correct.

If the photos were permanently deleted, there is nothing to restore.

Might help to remember that when you permanently delete a photo, it's like popping a balloon. It's there....until it's not.

I overestimated what the Cloud backup service is capable of.

iCloud is a syncing service for photos and videos, etc.

When you add a new photo to your phone, the photo is backed up or "synced" to iCloud.

But....if you delete a photo from your phone.....iCloud will pick up that change and delete the photo from iCloud.
