They are settings for fine tuning the way browsers work, and are primarily used by developers to test their apps. Webkit is the “man behind the curtain” for all browsers installed on an iOS device. Unless you have specific instructions from a website you are best off not changing them, or if you have changed any go to Settings/Safari/Advanced/WebKit Feature Flags, scroll to the bottom, and tap Reset All to Defaults.
