Safari can't connect me with anyAdobe website

So I'm on my Mac, where I have been using Adobe apps for over 30 years, and if I open Safari and try to get to the Illustrator Forum, Safari tells me it can't be done. Something about the servers being unavailable. I realize this could be an Apple problem or an Adobe problem, so can anybody help?

Do you have Private Relay turned on? On your Mac...

Settings->your Apple ID->iCloud->Private Relay->off and try again. In my own personal experience AT&T’s account website will give the same message if Private Replay is on. Private Really is Apple’s pseudo VPN that hides your IP address and some companies don’t allow VPNs or blocking of IP addresses for customer security.

Thanks very much . I went through the steps, but couldn't find a problem with Private Relay. So I gave up and went through my Safari bookmarks (took a while) and got rid of the ones that were giving me trouble, then created new ones in today's Safari. They work. Can website addresses age? I can't say for sure, but the new ones do the job, while th old ones wouldn't.
