Unidentified apps under Login Items running in background upon startup

Before I upgraded the macOS, I had 2 documents that were set as Open At Login upon Startup in my Macbook 2020 Model. Upon Upgrading to Sonoma, they were not opening somehow so I opened Open At Login in System Preferences. But saw some apps that are not installed on my macbook but still having access somehow. And these are running in background upon startup. See Screenshot.

Now upon clicking i button, it is taking me to the destination of the files in finder. Can I delete those files as they are? Or any things I would have to check or modify so as to delete them?

Saying again the access to apps that I don't want/installed are off and with a red dash in front of them.

Also, can you tell me about the Google LLC & launchAtLogin.sh ones?

I installed Anydesk only for a short period of time.

When I got to know that anydesk is being used for hack, I removed it.

But still why those related items are still there under Login Items?

This is my main concern.

Did you use the uninstaller for AnyDesk, or did you just drag it to the trash. If an app installs background processes, you must use their uninstaller to remove them. Or, you can open ~/Library/LaunchAgents, /Library/LaunchDaemons, and /Library/LaunchAgents. Drag any of their plists to the Trash and empty.

The "Allow in the Background" section should just be ignored. Those background processes need to be enabled if you want your installed apps to work. You may find many entries here with names that may include built-in macOS utilities. This interface was poorly implemented by Apple and Apple never properly provide developers with the necessary information to make their apps compatible with this "Allow in the Background" interface.

If you no longer want those apps on your system (at least the ones which can be easily identified), then uninstall those apps by following the developer's instructions. Either the app will contain an "uninstall" option within the app, or possibly a separate uninstaller utility, while others may require a separate uninstall utility to be downloaded from the developer. There may be a few developers who may only provide instructions for manually removing individual items related to the app.

A respected forum contributor @etresoft has multiple posts in the following thread trying to explain about this new "Allow in the Background" items feature....I highly recommend reading all of @etresofts' posts across those four pages. FYI, @etresoft is a software developer so he has some unique insights here.
