Miniclip 8 Ball Pool Fraud Ignored by Apple

Reported to Apple Support the clear fraudulent cheating taking place in Miniclip's 8 Ball Pool. I must have called to open case about 5 times. Each time Apple received my complaint with a "deaf ear" and "blind eye" dismissing and closing the complaint case as soon as we hung up. With so many online reviews pointing out this clear cheating by Miniclip to enrich themselves. Why is Apple promoting this game as an "Editors' Choice" to their customers ? Very disappointed Apple does not care neither taking their responsibility in respecting their own App Store Policy.
