Can't delete Spectrum Security Suite Icon from Menu Bar Right Side

I had the Spectrum (now Charter Cable) "Security Suite" SW loaded to my Mac mini as it was included in my Internet package. I recently switched to T-Mobile 5G internet (BTW, it's got far superior speed at 2/3 the price compared to Spectrum.) I did not (try to) remove the Security Suite SW until I had made the transition. Once my Spectrum account was closed, the Security Suite icon continued to show on the Menu Bar, even though the license was Inactive. So I followed standard protocol to remove the Application from my Mac. It was successfully removed, however, the Icon remains and I can not delete it (Command/drag icon to desktop does not work....just pops back up to the left most position on the Right side of the Menu Bar) nor can I find anywhere in system setting how to get rid of it. I contacted Spectrum support and they do not have a Mac OS Uninstaller program they can provide me. Also, they refuse to reactivate the Security Suite to me so I can reinstall then Uninstall wile still active to see if the Icon goes away without me reinstating my Internet service with them. See below for what I'm dealing with. The dialogue boxes are what appears if I click on the icon (in black circle) on my menu bar.

Any help is so appreciated.

Does this help (make a backup before trying):

"How do I uninstall F-Secure products using the Uninstallation Tool for Mac?

The Uninstallation Tool for Mac removes F-Secure products from your computer.

Note: You should only use the Uninstallation Tool as a last resort, in cases where the normal uninstallation method fails."
