Can I add a third monitor to my iMAC? I'm already using a second monitor as an extended display. I would like to add a third monitor. Can this be done? I have the proper cables connected to the IMAC (thunderbolt). Any help is appreciated. thx

Without any clue of which iMac own, that question is impossible to answer. iMacs have been in production for 25+ years in hundreds of configurations and we have no idea which iMac you are referring to. If you don't know, click the Apple symbol in the upper left of the display and then click About this Mac.

If you’re not sure how many external displays your iMac supports, check your Technical Specifications. Open System Settings, choose Help > iMac Specifications, then locate Video Support (you may need to scroll). 


Note that the "Help" referred to above is in the menu bar after you open System Settings.
