How do I fix the sound on text messages coming from only one person?
there is no sound when only one person texts me. I get sound on all my other incoming texts.

Mute one conversation
You can stop getting notifications for a conversation while you continue to receive its messages.
- Open the Messages app
on your iPhone. - In the Messages list, do one of the following:
- Swipe left on a conversation, then tap
. - Touch and hold a conversation, then tap Hide Alerts.
- Swipe left on a conversation, then tap
