I can download anything at the play store it ask for card info and I have a expired subscription I don’t not want plz help

What do you mean by an expired subscription? The subscriptions will auto-renew until you cancel them, so follow this support article to cancel it. If it attempted to renew and your payment failed, then you will be unable to download/update apps.
