Find out Bluetooth version on my iPad

I can’t find the version # of Bluetooth in my iPad 17.5.1. Is there a detailed iPad spec that gives the Bluetooth version?

iPad, iPadOS 17

I can’t find the version # of the Bluetooth built into my iPad 10.2 (9th gen) iOS 17.5.1.

My new Logitech wireless keyboard pairs with my iPad, but I get no response when trying to type something with the keyboard. Oddly though, there was one time when I did get a response, but the response had a 2 second time delay between the pressing of the keyboard’s key and the display of the key’s letter on the iPad’s screen. It would probably take a minute to type just one short line of text!! BTW, I get the same response regardless of the iPad app I use to test the keyboard, i.e. Word, Apple Notes, and Chrome browser. I believe this rules out an issue with the apps I use.

There’s nothing wrong with the keyboard - it responds very fast when paired with a smarthone.

I suspect one possible cause is that the iPad’s built-in Bluetooth might be faulty. But I don’t believe it’s faulty because I am able to successfully pair and use the iPad with numerous other wireless devices.

Another possible cause might be an incompatibility between the iPad’s Bluetooth version and the keyboard’s Bluetooth. However, Logitech’s documentation states that its keyboard will work on iOS 15 iPad’s, and newer (but it makes no mention of what Bluetooth version that implies). Since my iPad is iPad 10.2 (9th gen) iOS 17.5.1, I believe this means that Bluetooth incompatibility is not the problem.

Another possibility I can think of: Is there a particular iPad System Setting that could have an impact on how iPad’s Bluetooth interacts (or doesn’t interact) with the Logitech keyboard’s Bluetooth? Or possibly a terminal command for ensuring Bluetooth compatibility? Or what about a Firmware update to my iPad’s Bluetooth that I should look into?

I don’t know what else to do except try to find out exactly what the Bluetooth version is that’s built into my iPad.

Is there a detailed doc that gives iPad Bluetooth versions, plus specs for those Bluetooths?

Thank you

Full Keyboard Access was OFF, but Slow Keys was ON. No reason for it to be ON as I don’t need/look at/use Accessibility features. I wonder if it somehow got turned ON inadvertently during installation of the iPad update to iOS 17.5.1 a few weeks ago?!

Makes me wonder if it has always been on, why Slow Keys not show up after pairing with my other devices

Seems like such a simple fix, but for a casual user such as me I would probably be looking for it forever among all possible “unlikely” causes. I must check to make sure it’s also OFF on my iMac.

Thank you very much for quickly solving my problem.

I still have one outstanding rhetorical questions about my iPad’s Slow Keys setting. Makes me wonder, since it was always ON, why didn’t the Slow Keys delay show up after the several times I Bluetooth-paired with my other devices, such as earpads, Apple Pencil, Google Home speaker. I would have had to use my iPad’s on-screen keyboard to set those devices’ options. But, since that only involves quick single key taps, a response delay probably wasn’t particularly noticable - I wouldn’t have otherwise known if Slow Keys was ON or OFF. OR, the Slow Keys setting doesn’t apply to the iPad’s on-screen keyboard, nor to 3rd party on-screen keyboards ???
