Use https://ceac.state.gov/GenNIV/default.aspx with Chrome, Firefox or Edge. Safari isn’t supported.
Try clearing all history.
If that does not work, please restart in Safe Mode and try in Safe Mode.
Another option is to use another browser.

I tried multiple browsers and clearing the browsing history, nothing seems to help. I also tried on multiple devices.
The same happened to me. I’ve tried chrome and edge. It was working ok yesterday and today I can’t continue. Maybe it is a general error. I hope it can be fixed soon

I’ve tried to continue with the form and the fail has been fixed. I didn’t do anything. I think it was a problem of the page.
