The Apple CarPlay is syncing Contacts from my iPhone to my Toyota car even though I have disabled “Sync Contacts” in iPhone settings. Screenshot of iPhone settings showing disabled toggle button for “Sync Contacts” is enclosed.
Is it a bug in CarPlay software.
Kindly guide how to disable syncing of contacts from the iPhone on CarPlay.

That option only applies to contacts synced using bluetooth when not using CarPlay. CarPlay doesn't actually sync any data to the head unit. All data is pulled form the phone to the CarPlay interface in real time.
