Change creation date of a note
It is currently not possible to change the creation date of a note. This feature has been available in Evernote for many years and is a serious shortcoming in Notes

make a new note and copy and paste the content to the new note delete the old not and change the name of the new note to the name of the old note
or provide them with your feedback of wanted features to the note app
