If you’re a Mac user, put your large files into iCloud Drive, wait a bit, for them to upload, then open the Files app, on your Apple Vision Pro, and download them from there. I transfer video files, that way. After I watch the movie, I delete it from iCloud and it doesn’t affect the storage, on the AVP. First video I transferred to the AVP was a 13GB video, copied with AirDrop. Took and hour!
