Messages won't sync with iMac

My messages, green bubble, does not sync with my iMac Sonoma in many messages. I assume these are the ones who have android phones or do not have iCloud. How will I get to sync that all messages will go to my iMac. They go to my iPad Air and my watch, and also to my MacBook Pro, just not my iMac. My iPhone says message forwarding and it indicates my iMac. That is true with messages to my children and husband because they have iPhones. My hands don't work well on my iPhone when I have to send messages. I need to get all messages synced.

Not sure if you tried this. Goto Messages on your Mac, then go to settings in the toolbar for Messages and click "iMessage" tab, make sure your signed into the same Apple ID as your phone, make sure all check marks are checked there, and then click the "Sync Now" button. Hopes that fixes it.

I have done that and it did not work. They still won't send to my iMac Sonoma and I do not get new messages from other devices, I assume the green ones are from an Android phone. I have been at this for so many hours. Changing my Apple password on all devices, and following other tips, but nothing has worked so far.
