RESOLVED: Cannot delete apps from iPhone, the option is gone

RESOLVED: Not sure how to delete this post, but a setting in Opal was causing this.

I cannot delete apps from my phone. I have an iPhone 14 Pro, running iOS 17.5.1 (21F90). I’ve performed a hard reset, but the issue persists. I’ve tried deleting them from the home screen, from the app library, and from Settings > General > iPhone Storage. There are no Content and Privacy Restrictions enabled in Screen Time, though I have Opal screen time manager installed. The minus sign does not show up in the app library. Any ideas?
