How do I find out if my phone is tapped.
I have a iPhone XS Max. Calls are distorted, phone randomly turns off and on. Weird numbers keep showing up. Battery won’t stay charged.

Sounds like your Battery is dying. If the Battery Health is below 80%, it needs replaced. Go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging > Maximum Capacity.
