Re-adding default apps to Apple Watch

Hello! There are a few default apps that I deleted (such as Mindfulness and Meditations), and I am looking for a way to re-add them to my Apple Watch. I have tried looking for their iPhone variant on the App Store in order to have the option show up on the Watch app, but they don’t exist on the App Store for iPhone. Is there a way to add them without something as drastic as a factory reset? Thanks.
