Video has No Sound

I have one video that does not have any sound at all, and I don’t know why. What could’ve caused this, how can I prevent it from happening again, and is there a way to recover the audio?

I recorded it on the normal built in camera app, and it was from a concert so I have many other videos from both before AND after the silent video that all have audio. The video I took 1 minute prior to the silent one has audio, and the video I took 2 minutes after it has audio as well. It’s just one single video that has no audio at all, so this was an isolated incident

Check the video: Open the video and make sure the volume isn't muted within the video player itself. There might be a mute button or speaker icon with a slash through it.
Restart your iPhone: A simple restart can often clear up minor glitches. Hold the side button and either volume button until you see the Apple logo, then power your phone back on.
Update iOS: Make sure your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Bugs are sometimes patched in updates,so this could resolve the issue. Go to Settings > General > Software Update.

The volume isn’t muted within the video player, and toggling the mute button on and off doesn’t make a difference either. I’ve also restarted my device and double checked my phone is up to date (running iOS 17.5.1), but that one singular video has no sound still
