How to delete the old eSim completely from my iPhone?

I changed the type of card (same phone number but with different provider) from esim to physical SIM. I am not able to delate the esim and is still showing as “Primary” and the physical card is shown as “Business”.

I tried to erase the whole data but once it was backed up, the same issue remains.

When I selected esim, it did not take me to anywhere. I also could not change the physical SIM to be labelled other than Business.

Can anyone help to guide me as I really want to delate the esim completely? Thank you.
