How do I download iphone photos to windows PC without each image being in a monthly folder please?

When I try to download photos from Iphone internal storage (not held on icloud) to transfrer them to my OneDrive on my Windows PC, I just end up being able to copy and paste a load of folders (one for each month), each (folder) have the photos taken that month.

Does anyone know how I just download all the photos without the folders and without having to go into each monthly folder (theres 156 of them!) and cut and pasting the photos out of them....
