Why is the Apple Watch Hermes 45mm not available on any Apple website, be it Canada UK or the USA?

Hello, it is listed there, but if you try selecting the 45mm and all the other options. It’s showing unavailable for delivery, unable for pickup in all the three countries. You can’t buy it or even add it to the cart.
I think this depends on your location and configuration.
For me, if I choose Tricot Single Tour, Toile H Single Tour, or Twill Jump Single Tour, it’s unavailable for store pickup, but can be delivered. However, if I choose Kilim Single Tour, it’s unavailable for delivery or store pickup.
