Mac book Air stuck in Hebrew

My laptop is stuck in Hebrew. Yesterday I was in Duolingo and it wouldn’t type in Hebrew. Today it won’t type in anything else!

I have gone read previous messages here and tried to follow instructions

into Library, Preferences, ByHost, but cant find the relevant folder.

Also I went into Terminal and couldn’t find anything there either.

I’ve deleted Hebrew as an option in System Preferences, Language & Region. Shut down and opened up and there’s no change.

I should mention that my Canva account won’t work either. Apparently I need to update Chrome but my system is too old to update it. I have OS Sierra 10.12.6. When I try to upgrade it doesn’t work.

That setting has nothing to do with your keyboard. Go to system prefereces > keyboard > input sources and remove the item named "Hebrew".
