Able to make calls only from my iPhone to another iPhone
New iPhone 15 will not make calls unless it’s to another iPhone. Had new sim and then an eSIM o2 are not getting back to me

That is weird. Try and force restart the iPhone to see if the issues persist
- Press and quickly release the volume up button.
- Press and quickly release the volume down button.
- Press and hold the side button.
- When the Apple logo appears, release the side button.
If the issues persist, please contact your carrier and make sure that you;re trying to call with the phone app, not with facetime audio as facetime is apple only
